Express shipping: Currently, only standard shipping is available. We are working on adding express options soon.
🧾 Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status anytime.
❗ Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at rshpetspl@gmail.com.
For damaged items, we kindly ask you to provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product to assist us in resolving the issue quickly.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
If your region has special import regulations or restrictions, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that ordered items are permitted for import.
