1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our wall-mounted wooden furniture for cats, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Structural integrity of wooden components and mounting hardware.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, accidents, or modifications.
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions (humidity, water etc.).
- Scratches or dents caused by pets during use.
If a defect covered under warranty is discovered, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem. We will repair, replace, or refund the product, at our discretion.
2. Return Policy
We want you (and your cats!) to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Return window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
3. Refunds
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds are processed using the original method of payment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you discover a defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
