 Delivery terms

Preparation of the order for shipment is no more than 1-3 working days.
Please note that the time of preparation of the order is not considered the time of delivery.
We ship to most countries of the world by UPS and Fedex services, if there is no delivery to your country when placing an order, write to us via chat or email rshpetspl@gmail.com and we will individually try to solve this problem.

Time of delivery:
EU countries - 3 to 7 business days
North American countries - 3 to 10 business days
Rest of the world - 5 to 12 business days

Cost of delivery
The cost depends on the weight of your order and the region of delivery from the UPS and Fedex calculator and it will be added to the cost of payment at checkout.

from 1 to 5 kg - 18 euros
from 5 to 10 kg - 24 euros
from 10 to 20 kg - 28 euros
from 20 to 31 kg - 40 euros

Switzerland

from 1 to 10 kg - 25 euros
from 10 to 20 kg - 33 euros

USA, Canada (1kg=2.2lbs)

from 1 to 5 kg - 48 euros
from 5 to 10 kg - 58 euros
