Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We ship our products to most countries of the world using UPS express only.
Average delivery time:
EU 2-5 days
North America 3-8 days
Oceania 5-12 days
Japan 5-12 days
Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the item, as well as UPS's shipping rate zone.
When placing an order, you will see the exact shipping cost.
For shipments outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are charged after the package reaches the destination country. RshPets is not responsible for these charges if they apply. You - as a customer - are responsible for these charges.
How to check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at rshpetspl@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will review it for you.
Delivery to PO boxes
We DO NOT ship to PO boxes!
Returns, refunds and exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item has not been used and is in its original condition and we will refund the full amount of the order minus shipping charges for the return.
If your order is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rshpetspl@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We consider them on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
